Designing and Developing a Database for Robot Evaluation from Videos
Goal
Design and develop a database of robot videos showcasing specific behaviours for the purpose of use in experiments
Description
The ABOT [1] database is a database of robot images, which can be used for research, to examine how the appearance of robots may impact human perceptions of them. However, no such database exists for videos of robots. This project aims to first formalise the requirements for such a database, collect an initial dataset of robot videos showcasing specific behaviours, and develop a prototype of the website showcasing the videos.
