Description
- The Remote Patient Monitoring System (RPMS) is a healthcare-focused IoT solution that enables continuous monitoring of patients' vital signs such as heart rate, body temperature, blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), blood pressure, and ECG readings. Data collected from wearable or sensor-based devices is transmitted to a cloud platform where it can be stored, analyzed, and visualized through a web or mobile application.
Healthcare professionals can remotely monitor patients, review historical health records, and receive real-time alerts when abnormal readings are detected. The system may also incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to predict health risks, identify trends, and support early diagnosis. This solution is particularly useful for elderly patients, individuals with chronic diseases, and patients requiring post-hospitalization care.
