Pepper Robot project
Goal
Investigate some aspect of robot conversation or gestures
Description
Softbank's Pepper robot can be used to research Human-Robot Interaction woth conversation and/or gestures. The School has acccess to Pepper robots and HRI lab space to accomodate this at the National Robotarium. e.g. Perhaps you could build converational agent system to detect emotion in a human interlocutor, or to express emotion towards a human interlocutor? OR Perhaps you could build an exercise coaching agent? OR Some other project?
Resources
It might be that concurrently running projects may have to share a robot.
