Description
The AI Chatbot for University Student Support is an intelligent virtual assistant designed to answer student queries related to admissions, course registration, timetables, assignment deadlines, examination schedules, campus facilities, fees, financial aid, and academic regulations. The chatbot can be accessed through a web application, mobile application, or university portal. Using Natural Language Processing (NLP), the chatbot can understand user questions, identify user intent, and provide relevant responses from a structured knowledge base. The system may also support features such as FAQ management, personalized responses, conversation history, multilingual support, and escalation to human staff for complex queries. Advanced versions of the chatbot can integrate machine learning models to improve response accuracy, analyse frequently asked questions, and provide recommendations based on student profiles and academic records.
