Develop and evaluate an AI approach for identifying and linking related clinical events across multiple patient records over time.

Description
- The project will explore NLP/LLM techniques to extract clinical events, measurements and interventions from longitudinal records and determine relationships such as follow-up-of, changed-from and outcome-of. The resulting structured timeline will support more accurate reconstruction of a patient's clinical trajectory.
Clinical information is often fragmented across multiple notes, reports and encounters. AI-based event extraction and temporal linking can transform these documents into structured longitudinal representations that are easier to analyse and query.
