Title
-
Tamper-Evident Audit Logging using Cryptographic Verification
-
Goal
-
-
Description
- Develop an audit-logging platform in which security events are cryptographically linked so that unauthorized deletion, insertion, reordering, or modification of historical records becomes detectable. Hash chains may be used for individual records, while signed checkpoints or Merkle trees can provide additional integrity verification.
